Multiple Wall Removals | External Wall Opening
The brief – make the home a liveable space for our family.
Using the same floor space, we were able to make the structural alterations for our client to maximise their home, creating a functional and inviting kitchen and living space, a butler’s pantry, and even room for a lux study area. What was previously a very dark, closed in space, Melbourne Wall Removals managed the procurement of engineering and building permit and associated paperwork, undertook the structural works, built new walls, added cavity sliders, changed doorway profiles and doors, created an external door opening and sourced and installed the new stacker door unit, provided a kitchen contact, and got this clients home back to plaster in readiness for paint and styling by others, all whilst the client was able to still live at home during the works.
The result – a beautiful, crisp canvas of functional space, ready for the client to style and enjoy.

Column/Pillar Removal
Melbourne Wall Removals were able to be remove the column in the ground floor living room whilst structurally supporting the second storey.
Several years earlier, our clients had undertaken a renovation and were left with a column in the middle of their living space. After years of hoping there was a way to eliminate the column, they reached out to MWR and we were able to work with our recommended engineers to design a concealed beam design which eliminated the column.
